About the role:
Due to a strong forward project pipeline spanning multiple metropolitan corridors, we are currently seeking an experienced site supervisors to step into a pivotal leadership role. The position sits at the heart of active site delivery, placing you in command of crews, coordinating plant and equipment, and ensuring projects are delivered on time and to standard.

Your responsibilities will include:
- Directing and coordinating site crews to hit project milestones
- Overseeing the deployment and operation of heavy plant and equipment
- Upholding site compliance across safety, quality, and procedural requirements
- Planning and scheduling daily site activities to maximise productivity
- Acting as the key liaison between site and project management, providing regular updates and resolving issues as they arise
- Mentoring team members and actively building capability across your crew
To be successful in this role you will have:
- A solid background in earthworks and civil construction site environments
- Demonstrated experience supervising site teams and managing project delivery
- Strong working knowledge of heavy machinery and plant operations
- Proven leadership ability with a track record of bringing out the best in those around you
