We’re working with a well-established civil contractor delivering key infrastructure projects across the Northern Territory. With a strong run of secured work and a focus on doing things properly, they’re looking to bring in an experienced Civil Supervisor to join the team on a 2/1 FIFO roster.
This is a hands-on leadership role where you’ll be trusted to run your section, drive outcomes, and be supported by a solid project team.
The Role
You’ll be responsible for day-to-day site supervision across civil works, keeping crews moving, maintaining standards, and making sure everything runs safely and efficiently.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Leading and coordinating site crews across civil packages
- Managing subcontractors and ensuring works are delivered to programme
- Driving a strong safety culture on site
- Monitoring quality, productivity, and daily outputs
- Working closely with engineers and project teams to keep things on track
- Keeping site documentation and reporting up to date
- Bulk earthworks
- Road construction and upgrades
- Drainage and utilities
- General civil infrastructure
- Proven experience as a Civil Supervisor on infrastructure projects
- Strong background across earthworks, roads, and civil packages
- Confident leading teams in a FIFO/remote environment
- Solid understanding of WHS and site compliance
- Strong communication and leadership skills
- 2/1 FIFO roster
