Key Responsibilities
- Overseeing day-to-day civil construction activities on site
- Supervising subcontractors, plant, labour, and materials to maintain programme
- Ensuring works are delivered safely, on time, and to specification
- Running pre-starts, toolboxes, and ensuring SWMS and permits are in place
- Working closely with Project Managers and Engineers to drive project delivery
- Managing quality assurance and compliance with WHS standards
- Bulk earthworks
- Drainage and services installation
- Road and pavement construction
- Concrete structures and foundations
- Utilities and subdivision works
- Proven experience as a Civil Supervisor, Foreman, or Leading Hand
- Background across transport infrastructure, utilities, or major civil projects
- Strong ability to lead site teams and manage subcontractors
- Solid understanding of safety, programme delivery, and quality standards
