D&B Recruitment is partnering with an Australian owned civil construction company with more than four decades of project experience, having grown from a small, single operation outfit to now delivering innovative solutions across infrastructure projects throughout the country, taking a collaborative approach to working with both customers, and the local communities they've been engaged to work in, which has allowed them to develop a positive reputation within the industry, and a strong pipeline of work.
Their Western Australian operation has been an established and growing part of the business for over a decade, delivering projects for state road authorities, local government, and private industry across the state, with a strong safety culture, and genuine investment in developing their people.
It's due to this continued growth that they are seeking an experienced supervisor to lead crews on the ground and help deliver a diverse range of civil projects throughout WA.
About The Role:
Reporting into the Project and Operational team, you'll take ownership of daily site delivery across kerbing, road construction, asphalting, drainage and broader civil works including:
- Planning and coordinating on site labour, plant, and subcontractor resources across your project/s.
- Driving production, quality, and safety outcomes against project targets.
- Building strong working relationships with site crews, project and operational teams, and client representatives.
- Acting as the critical link between the field and the office, ensuring site teams are well supported and that risks and opportunities are identified and managed collaboratively.

- $160,000 - $180,000 base(Depending on experience) + 30% Uplift + Superannuation.
