Due to continued growth, they are seeking two experienced Civil Supervisors to join their team, overseeing subdivision and civil infrastructure projects across the Perth metropolitan area, with one position based north of the river and the other south.

Responsibilities Include:
- Oversee and manage all onsite civil construction activities, including earthworks, drainage, roadworks, and other related tasks.
- Supervise and coordinate the work of site personnel, subcontractors and plant operators.
- Ensure adherence to safety, quality standards and projects specifications.
- Communicate effectively with project managers, engineers, and other stakeholders.
- Mentor and guide junior team members.
- Proven experience as a Civil Supervisor or leading teams on civil construction projects (At least 3 years).
- Strong knowledge of civil construction methods, materials and equipment.
- Understanding of Drainage, Sand Import, Utilities & Roads.
- Strong communication, interpersonal and problem solving skills.
- Ability to read and interpret drawings, plans and specifications.
- Competent in record keeping and basic computer skills.
- Competitive remuneration package - $120k - $160k + Superannuation (DoE)
