About the Role:
This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced Civil Supervisor with limestone and retaining wall experience to take ownership of an established Wall Department.
You will oversee a crew of 3 to 5, managing the installation of limestone and retaining walls across multiple subdivision projects, predominantly in Perth’s southern suburbs.
The company is looking to bring more of this work in house, creating greater ownership, consistency and accountability across their projects. Currently overseen by the Construction Manager, this role will give you the opportunity to take the lead on the day to day operations of the Wall Department.
Working alongside the Project Supervisors, you will bring specialised knowledge and hands on experience in limestone and retaining wall installation while leading your crew and ensuring works are delivered safely, efficiently and to a high standard.

- Extensive hands on experience in limestone block and retaining wall installation
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build positive relationships with clients, colleagues and subcontractors
- Current White Card and C Class Drivers Licence
- Willingness and flexibility to travel across Perth as required
- Strong understanding of, and commitment to, health, safety and environmental standards
- A proactive and accountable approach, with the ability to take ownership of works and lead a team effectively
