The Role
With projects spanning both the northern and southern regions, our client is seeking a motivated and experienced Supervisor
to play a key role in the successful delivery of upcoming subdivision works. In this role, you will be responsible for the on site supervision of construction activities, whilst ensuring projects are completed safely, on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

Responsibilities:
- Oversee and manage all onsite civil construction activities including earthworks, drainage, roadworks and other related tasks
- Supervise and coordinate the work of site personnel, subcontractors and plant operators to ensure efficient and productive operations
- Ensure strict compliance with safety protocols, quality standards and project specifications
- Maintain clear and effective communication with project managers, engineers and other key stakeholders
- Mentor and support junior team members, fostering a positive and productive team environment
- Proven experience as a Civil Supervisor or in leading teams on civil construction projects (at least 2 years)
- Strong knowledge of civil construction methods, materials and equipment
- Effective communication, interpersonal and problem solving skills
- Ability to read and interpret drawings, plans and specifications
- Competent in record keeping and basic computer skills
- Competitive remuneration package [$120k - $160k + Super (DoE)]
