The Role
With projects both in the North and South, our client is seeking a motivated and experienced Supervisor to play a key role in the successfully deliver of projects. You will be responsible for the on site supervisor of construction activities, ensuring projects are completed safely, on time, within budget and to a quality standard. Responsibilities:
- Oversee and manage all onsite civil construction activities, including earthworks, drainage, roadworks, and other related tasks.
- Supervise and coordinate the work of site personnel, subcontractors and plant operators.
- Ensure adherence to safety, quality standards and projects specifications.
- Communicate effectively with project managers, engineers, and other stakeholders.
- Mentor and guide junior team members.
- Proven experience as a Civil Supervisor or leading teams on civil construction projects (At least 2 years).
- Strong knowledge of civil construction methods, materials and equipment.
- Strong communication, interpersonal and problem solving skills.
- Ability to read and interpret drawings, plans and specifications.
- Competent in record keeping and basic computer skills.
- Competitive remuneration package - [$120,000 - $160,000 + Superannuation (DoE)].
