The Role:
We are seeking a seasoned Civil Site Supervisor to lead large scale subdivision projects from "bush to bitumen." You will be responsible for driving production across earthworks, deep sewer, stormwater drainage, and road construction.
This is a role for a leader who thrives on site, manages internal crews and subbies with authority, and takes pride in hitting lot release deadlines.
You will be responsible for:
- Overseeing all on site activities including site clearing, earthworks, and service installations.
- Driving a "Safety First" culture on site, including conducting daily prestarts, toolbox meetings, and incident reporting.
- Ensuring all site works meet compliance standards of Water Corp, Western Power & local LGA's
- Acting as the primary site contact for consulting engineers, surveyors, and council inspectors.
Skills & Experience
- Minimum of 3 Years experience supervising land development projects within the Perth Metro area.
- An strong understanding of Perth specific ground conditions, sewer installation and road pavement construction.
- The ability to read and interpret drawings, cut/fill maps and survey pegs.
- A firm but fair management style with the ability to lead internal crews, and subcontractors in a fast paced environment..
