With an already substantial pipeline of secured work, the business continues to expand, recently securing additional projects in Perth’s southern suburbs. As a result, they are now seeking experienced Civil Supervisors who are eager to align with their vision and help set the benchmark for excellence within Perth’s civil construction industry.
The Role
The role will see you, an experienced supervisor with a collaborative leadership mentality manage sewer installation, utility installation and services on subdivision projects south of the river. The role will provide you with an opportunity to contribute, take pride and be involved in significant projects.
Responsibilities:
- Oversee and manage all onsite civil construction activities including, drainage, sewerage, services in addition to earthworks, and roads.
- Supervise and coordinate personnel, subcontractors and plant equipment.
- Adhere to safety standards and project specifications.
- Communicate effectively with Project Managers, Engineers, and stakeholders.
- Mentor, teach and guide site crew, promoting development
- Ideally at least three years experience as a civil supervisor, with subdivision experience and water services knowledge.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong interpersonal and problem solving skills.
- Ability to read and interpret drawings, plans and specifications.
