These roles will oversee subdivision projects across Perth’s northern and southern suburbs, requiring strong knowledge of local civil and subdivision works, along with the ability to lead crews and coordinate site activities to ensure projects are delivered safely, efficiently, and to a high standard.
Position Details:
Our client is seeking two experienced Civil Supervisors to oversee subdivision projects located around Armadale and surrounding areas in Perth’s southern suburbs, as well as Alkimos and surrounding areas in Perth’s northern suburbs.
They are looking for individuals who want to be part of a collaborative team and contribute to a long term vision, while leading and mentoring those coming through the industry.
The successful candidates will take pride in project delivery and play a key role in maintaining high standards across safety, quality, and productivity on site, working collaboratively with knowledgeable and experienced Project Managers.
Responsibilities Include:
- Oversee and manage all onsite civil construction activities, including earthworks, drainage, roadworks, and other related tasks.
- Supervise and coordinate the work of site personnel, subcontractors and plant operators.
- Ensure adherence to safety, quality standards and projects specifications.
- Communicate effectively with project managers, engineers, and other stakeholders.
- Mentor and guide junior team members.
- Proven experience as a Civil Supervisor or leading teams on civil construction projects (At least 2 years).
- Strong knowledge of civil construction methods, materials and equipment.
- Strong communication, interpersonal and problem solving skills.
- Ability to read and interpret drawings, plans and specifications.
- Competent in record keeping and basic computer skills.
