This is a temporary opportunity for experienced civil workers who are confident working across road, asphalt and concrete maintenance, while also operating an MR vehicle as part of a civil crew.

Pay Rate: $39.13 per hour
Engagement Type: Casual
Dates: ASAP – Friday, 30 October 2026
Hours: 6:00am – 3:00pm, Monday to Friday
About the Role
You will work as part of a civil maintenance crew assisting with a range of works across the local area, including:
- Civil Works: Assist with general civil maintenance and infrastructure works
- Concrete: Experience with footpaths, driveways, kerb and guttering and concrete finishing
- Asphalt: Assist with asphalt and road maintenance works
- Driving: Operate MR vehicles and support the crew with transport and site duties
- Formwork: Basic formwork experience is highly regarded
- Traffic Control: Work safely around traffic and follow traffic management procedures
- Teamwork: Support the wider civil crew with manual and general duties
- Current NSW MR Licence – essential
- Previous civil construction or maintenance experience
- Experience with asphalt and/or concrete works
- Concrete finishing and formwork experience highly regarded
- Traffic Controller / Blue Card highly regarded
- COVID-19 double vaccination confirmation
