The Role As a Claims Administrator, you will be responsible for supporting the claims team with the coordination, processing and management of insurance claims while ensuring accurate documentation and timely communication with stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities
- Process and manage insurance claims documentation
- Liaise with clients, insurers, contractors and internal teams
- Maintain accurate claim records and documentation
- Track claim progress and ensure timely updates and follow-ups
- Provide general administrative support to the claims team
- 2–3 years experience in insurance claims administration
- Strong administrative and organisational skills
- Excellent communication and attention to detail
- Ability to manage multiple claims and tasks simultaneously
- Confident using office systems and databases
The Offer
- Salary: $75,000 – $85,000 + Super
- Full-time office role
- Working hours: 7:30am – 4:30pm or 8:00am – 5:00pm
- Immediate start available
