Design & Build is partnering with a leading national commercial builder to appoint an experienced Construction Planner to support the delivery of major, complex projects across Victoria.

The Role
Working closely with Project Directors and senior delivery teams, you will be responsible for developing, managing and driving construction programmes across multiple large scale projects.
You will play a key role in ensuring projects are delivered in line with contractual requirements, identifying risks and opportunities, and supporting the broader team in achieving programme certainty.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop, manage and maintain detailed construction programmes
- Provide programme analysis, reporting and recommendations to senior stakeholders
- Identify and mitigate programme risks and delays
- Work closely with project teams to ensure alignment between planning and delivery
- Support tender planning and methodology where required
- Proven experience as a Construction Planner within a commercial contractor
- Exposure to large scale, complex projects ($100m+)
- Strong knowledge of planning software (Primavera P6 preferred)
- Ability to engage and influence senior stakeholders
- Background within tier one or tier two construction environments
- Secure pipeline of major projects across multiple sectors
- Strong leadership team with a focus on delivery and long term growth
