This is a great opportunity for someone with local government experience, particularly within infringements, compliance, or parking administration, who can step into a busy team and provide support during a period of staff leave.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the primary parking inbox, responding to enquiries and actioning requests
- Log Internal Review (appeal) requests and Nomination requests
- Respond to general enquiries regarding parking infringements (appeals, reasons for fines, processes)
- Assist with Residential Parking Permit enquiries, including ePermit applications and tenant changes
- Process Nomination requests through the infringement management system
- Provide general administrative support to the Community Safety team
- Experience working within local government, ideally in parking, compliance, or infringements
- Familiarity with Pathways or similar council systems
- Experience managing infringement processes or internal reviews
- Strong administrative and organisational skills
- Ability to manage high-volume inboxes and prioritise tasks
