Contract: 3 months | Immediate Start
Hourly Pay Rate: $45 p/h + Super
Responsibilities:
- Deliver exceptional customer service and maintain positive working relationships with internal stakeholders, external customers, and contractors.
- Maintain and update Council registers, databases, and management systems to ensure accurate compliance and regulatory records.
- Coordinate and monitor fire safety and essential services compliance requirements, including issuing notices and managing related documentation.
- Prepare reports, purchase orders, statistical data, and other business unit documentation while ensuring accuracy and quality standards.
- Support operational activities by prioritising requests, assisting with court-related information, and contributing to continuous improvement initiatives, policies, and procedures.
- Provide high-level administrative support, including managing enquiries, correspondence, records, meeting minutes, and payment processing.
Essential:
- 2+ years experience in an administration support role within local government or working in a politically sensitive environment
- Previous experience with TechOne, Content Manager/TRIM, Authority or Pathway highly regarded
