The opportunity:
Our client is a respected builder specialising in both project and custom home builds, currently experiencing strong growth. They are seeking highly motivated and dynamic individuals with passion, drive, and a strong client-first approach — professionals who are eager to advance their careers within an established and reputable building company.
- Provide support to site supervisors across a range of requirements
- Follow up on maintenance items and ensure timely resolution
- Prepare and maintain site safety management plans
- Manage and implement QR codes for site documentation and tracking
- Compile and distribute trade packs
- Provide fortnightly under-construction updates to investment channels
- Manage extensions of time and raise variations as required
- Coordinate practical completion with supervisors and administration teams
- Monitor the service email inbox for maintenance queries
- Perform general administrative tasks to support project and site operations
- Must have 1+ years of building/residential and or transferable construction administration experience
- Shire/Client Liaison, Maintenance, and or Contracts Administrators considered
- Candidates working for building suppliers and commercial contractors considered
- Ability to liaise to the highest standard with key clients and brokers
- Understand plans and construction documentation
