Are you an organised administrator looking to build a long-term career with a well-established residential builder?
We're seeking a motivated Construction Administrator to join our team in Hamilton. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with residential construction experience, however we are also open to considering candidates from other administration backgrounds who have strong organisational skills and a willingness to learn.
The Role Working closely with the Construction and Operations team, you'll play a key role in ensuring projects run smoothly from pre-construction through to completion.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Providing administrative support to the Construction team
- Preparing and processing building documentation
- Coordinating contracts, variations and project paperwork
- Liaising with clients, suppliers, subcontractors and site supervisors
- Ordering materials and tracking deliveries
- Maintaining accurate project records and databases
- General office administration and scheduling
- Previous administration experience (construction industry experience highly regarded)
- Residential construction experience preferred but not essential
- Excellent organisational and time management skills
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- High attention to detail
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel & Outlook)
- The ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
- Salary of $70,000 – $90,000 + Super, depending on experience
