About the Role
As a Construction Cadet, you’ll gain exposure to the full project lifecycle, supporting site and project teams to ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to a high standard.
You’ll be mentored by experienced Project Managers and Site Managers, giving you a strong foundation for a long-term career in construction.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist with day-to-day site operations and coordination
- Support project planning, scheduling, and reporting
- Liaise with subcontractors, suppliers, and consultants
- Help monitor project progress, costs, and quality
- Ensure compliance with safety and regulatory standards
- Contribute to procurement and contract administration tasks
- Maintain accurate project documentation
- Currently studying or recently completed a degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or similar
- Must be an Australian Citizen to obtain security clearance
- Strong interest in the construction industry
- Excellent communication and organisational skills
- High attention to detail and willingness to learn
