Our client, a leading project home builder, is seeking an experienced Project Coordinator to join their team. This is an exciting opportunity to work with a business that prides itself on delivering exceptional homes and a seamless client experience.
They are seeking a proactive and organised Project Coordinator, with strong preconstruction and customer service experience to join their team. In this role, you will be the key point of contact for clients, guiding them through the preconstruction and construction process. You’ll ensure projects run smoothly, on time, and within scope while providing an exceptional client experience from sale to handover.
Responsibilities:
- Act as a point of contact for a portfolio of clients, seeing them through the whole project from conception to handover
- Prepare and review project documentation, contracts, and plans.
- Coordinate permits, approvals, and preconstruction/post construction compliance requirements
- Liaise with internal teams, suppliers, and subcontractors to confirm timelines and costs.
- Provide clear updates and support to clients, ensuring a smooth start to finish.
- Resolve project issues efficiently to maintain client satisfaction.
- Experience in residential construction or project home building, ideally in preconstruction coordination or client-facing roles.
- Strong organisational and time management skills, able to manage multiple projects.
- Good understanding of contracts and project documentation, development approvals and NSW planning portal.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a client-focused approach.
- Offering up to $95k + Super
- Full time position, with 3pm finish on Fridays!
