Design Manager – Australia's largest Health Infrastructure project
Our client is seeking an experienced Design Manager
to join the team delivering the countries largest Health infrastructure project – one of the most significant construction projects built in Western Australia. You’ll play a central role in coordinating consultants, managing design packages and ensuring the project is delivered to the highest standards.
What You’ll Do
- Lead design coordination across major hospital packages
- Manage consultants, architects and engineers to meet program, budget and compliance
- Run client workshops, design reviews and stakeholder meetings
- Drive value engineering and constructability within design outcomes
- Ensure statutory and hospital compliance at all stages
- Proven experience in design management on large scale hospital or complex health projects
- Strong technical knowledge of compliance and healthcare user group requirements
- Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills
- Relevant tertiary qualifications in Architecture, Engineering or similar
- Work on a once in a generation healthcare project that will transform services in WA
