What You’ll Be Doing:
- Lead end-to-end construction of transmission lines across the project
- Oversee access roads, foundations, tower erection, stringing, sagging and clipping
- Manage multiple subcontractors across large-scale site operations
- Drive programme delivery using tools such as Primavera, MS Project or similar
- Coordinate with design, commissioning and JV partners
- Manage interfaces between local teams and overseas contractors
- Ensure strong focus on safety, quality, and risk management across all activities
- Senior-level Construction Manager (5–10+ years’ experience)
- Proven experience delivering transmission line construction end-to-end
- Experience working on large-scale infrastructure or energy projects
- Strong subcontractor management and programme control capability
- Ability to manage interfaces across engineering, construction and commissioning teams
- Experience working with government clients and complex stakeholder environments
- Strong focus on safety, risk and quality in high-risk construction environments
