What You’ll Be Doing:
- Lead full-cycle construction of HV substations across the project
- Oversee civil and electrical works including earthworks, foundations, steel structures and equipment installation
- Manage installation of primary and secondary systems across AIS substations (132kV–500kV)
- Coordinate across design, commissioning and construction teams
- Manage multiple subcontractors across large-scale site operations
- Drive programme delivery using Primavera, MS Project or similar
- Ensure strong focus on safety, quality, and risk management across all activities
- Senior-level Construction Manager (5–10+ years’ experience)
- Proven experience delivering HV substation projects end-to-end (132kV–500kV)
- Strong capability across both civil and electrical scopes
- Experience managing multiple subcontractors and complex site operations
- Ability to manage interfaces across engineering, construction and commissioning teams
- Experience working with government clients and complex stakeholder environments
- Strong focus on safety, risk and quality in high-risk construction environments
