A leading construction company in Sydney is seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Contract Administrator
for an initial 3 month contract. Our client focus on commercial fit out projects particularly within an office workplace and retail environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and administer contracts, ensuring compliance with company policies and standards.
- Review, prepare, and update contract documentation.
- Monitor project timelines, deliverables, and contract performance.
- Collaborate with internal teams and external stakeholders to address contract-related inquiries and issues.
- Maintain accurate records in contract management systems and ensure data integrity.
To excel in this role, you will bring:
- Proven experience in contract administration or a similar role.
- Minimum 2-5 years experienced working on retail and commercial fit out projects
- Strong organizational skills and a high level of attention to detail.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- The ability to work independently and meet deadlines under pressure.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Experience with contract management software is a plus.
