The Opportunity

As their project pipeline continues to grow, they are seeking a capable and detail-oriented Contract Administrator to join their Sydney team. This role offers the chance to work on landmark developments, contributing to the delivery of high end projects that set new benchmarks in the industry.​

The Role

As a Contract Administrator, you will be responsible for:​

  • Managing head and subcontractor contracts, ensuring compliance and mitigating risks.​
  • Overseeing procurement processes, including tendering and contract negotiations.​
  • Monitoring project budgets and expenditures, providing accurate cost reporting.​
  • Collaborating with project managers, site teams, and stakeholders to facilitate effective communication.​
  • Assisting in the resolution of contractual disputes and variations.​
About You

To be successful in this role, you will have:
  • Degree qualified in Construction Management, Quantity Surveying, or a related field.​
  • A minimum of 3 years’ experience in contract administration within the construction industry.​
  • Strong knowledge of construction contracts and procurement processes.​
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.​
  • A proactive approach and the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.​
