The Opportunity
An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Project Manager to join their delivery team and oversee the construction of high-end boutique apartment projects.
You’ll take full ownership of programs ranging from early procurement through to final handover, working closely with a hands-on leadership team empowers their Project Managers to deliver excellent results.
The Role
Reporting directly to senior leadership, you will be responsible for:
- Leading end-to-end delivery of luxury residential and boutique apartment projects
- Managing programs, budgets, procurement, subcontractor packages and commercial performance
- Liaising closely with architects, consultants and site teams to ensure design intent and buildability align
- Ensuring workmanship and finish quality meet the highest standards
- Overseeing contract administration, variations, reporting and risk management
- Driving HSEQ compliance and promoting a culture of safety, accountability and excellence
- Supporting site teams and resolving design or coordination challenges swiftly and effectively
- Degree-qualified in Construction Management, Engineering or similar
- 5+ years’ experience in a Project Manager role, ideally with exposure to boutique multi-residential or high-end residential builds
- Demonstrated capability delivering detailed, design-focused projects with premium finishes
- Strong commercial acumen with excellent communication and leadership skills
- A hands-on, detail-driven operator who thrives in quality-focused environments
- Ability to build strong relationships with clients, consultants and subcontractors
- Salary package up to $250,000, depending on experience
