About the role:
- Manage contracts, budgets, and documentation for luxury residential projects
- Work closely with project managers, clients, and trades to keep projects on track
- Ensure projects are delivered on time, on budget, and to the highest standard
- Experience as a Contract Administrator in high-end residential construction
- Highly organised with strong attention to detail
