Location: Adelaide, SA
Contract: 4 weeks
Hours: Full-time (minimum 40 hours per week)
Rate: Up to $85 per hour + super ($95 + GST if PTY LTD)
About the Role:
We are seeking an experienced Contract Administrator for a short-term, office-based contract in Adelaide. This role is ideal for a highly organised professional who can hit the ground running and support project administration activities efficiently.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist with contract management and administration tasks
- Maintain project documentation and correspondence
- Support the project team in tracking deliverables, variations, and claims
- Liaise with internal and external stakeholders to ensure accurate record-keeping
- Use systems like TeamBinder to manage project documents (experience advantageous, not essential)
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Contract Administrator or similar role
- Strong organisational and communication skills
- Office-based availability 5 days per week for the duration of the contract
- Experience with TeamBinder or similar document management systems is a plus
