The Opportunity

As part of continued growth within the NSW division, this business is looking for an experienced Contract Administrator to join their Sydney team.

You'll be working across high-value industrial and warehouse developments, embedded within a well-resourced delivery team that is supported by strong systems, experienced leadership, and a culture built on respect and collaboration.

The Role

Working closely with the broader project delivery team, your responsibilities will include:
  • Administering construction contracts in accordance with terms and conditions
  • Managing procurement, subcontractor agreements and scope of works preparation
  • Tracking project costs, budgets, cost reports and forecasts
  • Processing variations, progress claims, invoices and payments
  • Liaising with subcontractors and suppliers to ensure compliance and delivery
  • Identifying and managing contractual risks and supporting dispute resolution
  • Preparing accurate and timely reporting to the project and commercial team
  • Ensuring compliance with legal, regulatory and company standards
About You
  • Degree qualified in Construction Management, Quantity Surveying or a related field
  • 5+ years' experience as a Contract Administrator within the commercial or industrial construction sector
  • Solid working knowledge of construction contracts, cost management and risk
  • Highly organised with strong attention to detail and clear communication skills
  • Proficient with contract administration systems and Microsoft Office
  • A collaborative team player who takes ownership and upholds high standards
