The Opportunity
Due to a strong pipeline of secured work, an opportunity has arisen for an experienced Contract Administrator to join the team on a $40M+ industrial development in Sydney.
This is a key commercial role where you’ll be working on technically complex builds, including large-scale logistics, warehousing and industrial facilities.
The Role
Reporting to the Project Manager, your responsibilities will include:
- Managing subcontractor procurement, tendering and letting of trade packages
- Administering contracts, variations, RFIs and progress claims
- Supporting cost reporting, forecasting and commercial tracking across the project lifecycle
- Reviewing drawings, specifications and scopes to ensure contractual clarity
- Liaising with subcontractors, consultants and internal delivery teams
- Identifying commercial risks and supporting value engineering initiatives
- Assisting with project close-out and final account processes
- Degree qualified in Construction Management, Quantity Surveying or similar
- 3–6+ years’ experience as a Contract Administrator within commercial or industrial construction
- Experience on industrial, logistics or large-format projects highly regarded
- Strong understanding of contracts, procurement and cost control
- Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills
- Confident communicator with the ability to work closely with site and project teams
- Salary package up to $170,000 + Super, depending on experience
