Working closely with the Project Manager and site team, you will play a key role in the commercial management and successful delivery of a fast-paced commercial fit-out project.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage subcontractor procurement, tendering and award processes
- Prepare, negotiate and administer subcontract agreements
- Assess and process progress claims, variations and final accounts
- Monitor project costs, budgets and financial forecasting
- Assist with head contract administration and project reporting
- Maintain accurate commercial records and project documentation
- Support the project team to ensure successful project delivery
- Previous experience as a Contract Administrator within commercial fit-out or construction projects
- Strong understanding of construction contracts, procurement and cost management
- Proven experience managing subcontractor packages, variations and claims
- Procore experience is essential
- Jobpac experience is essential
- Strong commercial acumen and attention to detail
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to work effectively within a collaborative project team
