A well-established national builder is seeking an experienced Contract Administrator to join its Perth team, delivering government, education and commercial projects valued up to $25M.

You’ll work alongside experienced Project Managers and senior leadership, gaining exposure across the full project lifecycle with a clear pathway towards Project Management.
The Opportunity
- Government, education and commercial projects up to $25M
- Established national builder with a strong pipeline
- Collaborative and experienced Perth-based team
- Exposure to technically complex projects
- Genuine progression towards Project Management
- Strong support and development from senior leadership
- Subcontractor procurement, scopes, negotiations, variations and claims
- Cost management, forecasting and project reporting
- Support project delivery from pre-construction through to completion
- Coordinate with site teams, consultants, clients and subcontractors
- Assist with programmes, compliance and contractual documentation
- Maintain strong stakeholder relationships
- 3+ years’ experience as a Contract Administrator or Project Coordinator
- Experience with a Tier 1, Tier 2 or established Tier 3 builder
- Strong understanding of subcontract administration and commercial processes
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Proactive, organised and commercially minded
- Ambitious and looking to progress towards Project Management
