About the Role As Contracts Administrator, you will support the delivery of civil works across commercial construction and premium residential developments.
You’ll be involved across multiple live projects spanning Brisbane and the Gold Coast, working closely with Project Managers and the Director.
This role offers strong exposure across the full contract lifecycle and genuine opportunity to develop into a Project Management pathway for the right person.
Key Responsibilities
- End-to-end contracts administration across multiple civil projects
- Management of subcontractor packages, scopes, and variations
- Procurement support and subcontractor engagement
- Preparation and assessment of progress claims and contract documentation
- Cost tracking, reporting, and commercial support to project teams
- Maintaining accurate contract records and project compliance
- Supporting delivery teams across concurrent projects
- 2–3 years’ experience in a Contracts Administrator role
- Strong understanding of subcontractor management and construction contracts
- Confident communicator with strong stakeholder management skills
- Highly organised with the ability to manage multiple projects
- Driven, proactive, and looking to grow within a high-performance team
- Direct reporting line to a highly experienced and supportive Director
- 2 days work from home flexibility
- Exposure to a mix of commercial and high-end residential civil projects
