The Role You will support the construction team with contract administration and scheduling coordination, ensuring projects are running smoothly from pre-start through to completion.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and manage contracts, variations, and project documentation
- Assist with project scheduling and programme updates
- Coordinate trades, suppliers, and deliveries across multiple projects
- Liaise with site teams, subcontractors, and internal stakeholders
- Maintain accurate project records and reporting
- Support project progress tracking and compliance requirements
- Previous experience in construction is essential (residential experience highly regarded)
- Strong organisational and time management skills
- Confident communicator with a proactive approach
- Experienced in coordinating trades and managing schedules
- High attention to detail and ability to manage competing priorities
- Competent with MS Office and construction software/systems
- Salary up to $100k + super depending on experience
