We’re working with a well-established electrical contractor delivering Design & Construct (D&C) projects across commercial fit-outs, new build developments, and residential construction throughout Sydney.
This is a great opportunity for an up-and-coming Electrical CA who wants to work closely under an experienced Project Manager and gain exposure across full project lifecycle delivery on varied, fast-paced builds.
The Role
You’ll support the commercial and project delivery functions across multiple live D&C projects, assisting with procurement, subcontractor management, cost tracking, variations, and contract administration.
Working closely with a senior Project Manager, you’ll be exposed to both technical and commercial aspects of project delivery, with genuine development into a more senior CA or Project Management pathway.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist with end-to-end contract administration on electrical D&C projects
- Support procurement, subcontractor engagement, and supplier management
- Manage variations, progress claims, and cost reporting
- Help maintain project financial control and forecasting
- Coordinate with site teams, engineers, and project managers
- Contribute to project reporting and documentation
- Ensure compliance with contract terms and project timelines
- 3–4 years’ experience in the electrical or construction industry
- Background in engineering, electrical trade, or construction management preferred
- Exposure to commercial, fit-out, new build, or residential projects
- Strong attention to detail and willingness to learn the commercial side of projects
- Good communication and coordination skills
- Looking to grow into a Project Management pathway over time
- Salary up to $110K + Super
