Contracts Administrator
Join a leading national design and construct (D&C) contractor with a reputation for delivering high-quality new build projects across Australia. Design & Build Recruitment is working closely with the Queensland team to find a quality Contracts Administrator who is keen on securing a long term and permanent opportunity.
About the Role:
As Contracts Administrator, you will play a key role in the successful delivery of our clients regional QLD projects; Rockhampton, Cairns, Townsville, Bundaberg. You will be based in a Brisbane CBD office that is close to all public transport. You will also enjoy occasional travel to site to stay close to the action and build strong relationships with project teams and stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare, negotiate and manage subcontracts and procurement packages
- Monitor and report on project budgets, costs, and cash flow
- Assist in tender evaluations and let packages
- Administer progress claims, variations, and contractual correspondence
- Work collaboratively with your Project Manager and Site Manager
What We’re Looking For:
- Recent experience as a Contracts Administrator delivering projects from start to finish
- Exposure to new build projects $5M+
- Able to work in Brisbane CBD head office
- Willingness to travel occasionally e.g. once every two months
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
