The Role
We are seeking an experienced and proactive Contracts Administrator
to support the successful delivery of projects ranging from $5M–$30M. You will play a pivotal role in managing contractual and financial aspects from procurement through to final project close-out.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare, review, and manage subcontractor and supplier contracts
- Manage cost control, forecasting, and variations
- Assist with tendering and procurement processes
- Work closely with the Project Manager and Site Team to ensure budgets and timelines are met
- Liaise with stakeholders, consultants, and subcontractors to ensure contract compliance
- Maintain accurate project documentation and reporting
- Minimum 2–4 years’ experience as a Contracts Administrator with a commercial or residential head contractor
- Strong understanding of construction contracts and procurement processes
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and organisational skills
- Ability to work collaboratively within a team and autonomously when required
- Driven, detail-focused, and eager to develop within the company
