You'll become an integral member of a collaborative team delivering multiple stages of a landmark mixed-use development, with genuine opportunities to broaden your experience into development management over time.
The Opportunity
Reporting directly to the Development Manager, you will take ownership of the commercial administration across a major live project, working closely with the internal construction team, consultants and key stakeholders.
Your responsibilities will include:
- General Administration
- Financial reporting
- Managing contract registers, notices and project correspondence
- Assessing and managing variations and client directions
- Coordinating design changes and maintaining project registers
- Supporting development management activities across the project
We're looking for a Contracts Administrator who enjoys working in a collaborative environment and takes pride in delivering commercially sound outcomes. Ideally this CA will have an interest to explore the development management side of construction.
You'll ideally possess:
- 5+ years' experience as a Contracts Administrator, Quantity Surveyor or similar commercial role
- Strong experience managing variations, progress claims and contractual documentation
- Exceptional attention to detail and financial accuracy
- A proactive, team-first attitude with the desire to grow your career
- Join one of Brisbane's most highly regarded developer builders
- Office-based role in South Brisbane
- Secure pipeline of work – 8 years +
- Genuine long-term career progression into broader development responsibilities
- Attractive salary package negotiated based on experience
Thanks for your consideration.
