The Opportunity:
As a Contracts/client Liaison, you will take on a diverse role providing expert guidance and support throughout the build process. Your primary responsibility will be to ensure smooth and efficient project delivery whilst providing a high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Prepare, review and manage contracts, variations and approvals
- Manage the Prestart process with clients following the completion of all selections by the interior designer
- Oversee project progress to keep timelines on schedule
- Update clients on the progress of there project
The ideal candidate will have a strong commitment to client service and is motivated to build their career with a company they’re proud to stand behind.
- 2+ years of experience as a Client Liaison or Contracts Administrator working for a project or custom home builder
- Forward-thinking, collaborative, encouraging, with an approachable attitude
- Ability to consistently meet project timeframes and deadlines
- Exceptionally high attention to detail and Customer-centric focus
- Strong organisational abilities and Exceptional communication and negotiation skills
- Full training provided
- Fulltime role with part time considered
