- Previous experience in a receptionist, office coordinator, or similar administrative role
- Professional presentation and strong communication skills
- Highly organised with strong attention to detail
- Proactive, reliable, and able to manage multiple tasks
- Confident using Microsoft Office and general office systems
- Arabic speaking is advantageous
