The Role
  • Managing front-of-house reception duties and greeting visitors
  • Handling incoming calls and directing enquiries
  • Coordinating meeting rooms, calendars, and office bookings
  • Providing administrative support to internal teams
  • Ordering office supplies and liaising with external vendors
  • Assisting with office events, onboarding, and general coordination
  • Maintaining a professional and well-organised office environment
About You:
  • Previous experience in a receptionist, office coordinator, or similar administrative role
  • Professional presentation and strong communication skills
  • Highly organised with strong attention to detail
  • Proactive, reliable, and able to manage multiple tasks
  • Confident using Microsoft Office and general office systems
