This Australian project homes builder is a household name with over 30 years experience in the industry, known for their quality constructions. Currently building upwards of around 200+ new homes a year across NSW, they are in need of a Customer Service specialist who can oversee all processes following the initial sales process through to construction commencement;
- Client engagement and problem-solving
- Set up and maintain project files from pre-site to construction commencement
- Liaise with clients, consultants, councils and relevant authorities to obtain appropriate approvals and certifications
- Liaise with estimating and drafting teams
- Maintaining the CRM system
- Coordinating & obtaining various planning matter requirements such as CC / CDC, DA applications, bushfire, flood, BASIC, etc.
- Prepare and make sure contracts are approved prior to signing
- Attend weekly meetings to ensure workflow are being adhered to
- Prepare site files complete with all current project documentation
- Provide excellent customer service at all times while maintaining a 'sense of urgency'
- 2+ years experience within the residential construction sector in a similar role is essential
- The ability to multi-task and prioritise a changing workload
- Strong IT skills including MS Office suite and the ability to grasp new systems with ease
- Strong English skills both written & verbal
- The successful candidate will receive a remuneration package of up to $85k + superannuation.
