As a Customer Service Consultant, you will be the key point of contact for clients, liaising with internal departments and site teams to provide updates, manage expectations, and resolve queries efficiently.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage inbound and outbound customer enquiries in a timely and professional manner
- Provide regular updates on construction progress and key milestones
- Coordinate with internal teams including construction, scheduling, and estimating
- Handle customer concerns and deliver effective resolutions
- Maintain accurate records and update CRM systems
- Provide general administrative support to the wider team
- Previous experience in a customer service, preconstruction or client-facing role (construction or property industry highly regarded)
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Understanding of planning applications and development approvals
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM systems
- Up to $85k + Super
