Public Sector People are partnering with a local government organisation to recruit for multiple Customer Service Officers.
Contract: 3 months with potential to extend
Hourly Pay Rate: $37 - $40 p/h + Super
Responsibilities:
- Manage high volume inbound calls, providing efficient and high quality customer service.
- Provide information of organisation services, and resolve customer inquiries to best possible extent
- Guide customers on navigating organisation website, assist with bookings, and complaints handling
Essential:
- 2+ years experience working in a high volume call centre is essential
- Australian government experience will be highly regarded
