This is a great opportunity for an experienced customer service or contact centre professional to support the delivery of frontline services to the community across multiple service centres.
About the role:
This position will focus on providing high-quality customer service as the first point of contact, assisting with enquiries, service requests, and administrative support across a range of council services.

- Sunshine Coast Region Locations (Between Nambour and Maroochydore)
- $38.05 per hour + Super
- Rostered Between 7:00am and 6:00pm
- 20–30 Hours per week during off-peak periods, up to Full Time during peak
- Rotating Saturday roster (1 in every 4 weeks)
- Provide customer service via phone, email, and face-to-face enquiries
- Manage service requests, complaints, and general enquiries
- Process applications, payments, and administrative transactions
- Maintain accurate records and customer information
- Provide administrative support to the wider team as required
- Work collaboratively to meet service delivery targets
- Previous customer service experience within Government, Contact Centre, or high-volume environments desirable
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- High level of attention to detail and organisational skills
- Ability to learn systems quickly and navigate multiple platforms
- Reliable and flexible to work across rostered hours and locations
