We are working with a local council in Sydney who are looking for a highly motivated Cyber Security Project Manager.

This is a unique opportunity to play a pivotal role in strengthening our client's cyber security posture. You'll leverage your project management skills and deep understanding of cyber security to develop and execute a comprehensive implementation plan. You'll collaborate with key stakeholders across the organisation, ensuring everyone is aligned and empowered to effectively manage cyber threats.

Do you have:

• Tertiary qualifications in an ICT or similar discipline.
• Certifications in project management.
• Experience with project management methodologies and tools.
• Preferable experience managing cyber security projects
• Experience in successfully managing competing schedules and resources.
• Excellent problem solving and analytical skills; including the ability to think innovatively for mitigating complex issues and risks.
• Working knowledge of business productivity technologies such as O365, SaaS applications and middleware.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to communicate with tact and diplomacy through all hierarchal levels of an organisation.
• Capable of influencing and negotiating desired outcomes with various stakeholders.
• Commitment to role modelling our values of: Respect, Integrity, Optimism, Trust, and Teamwork.
• Local government experience is preferred.
