Are you a Development Assessment Planner with on the lookout for new opportunity? Public Sector People are partnering with a Sydney local government organisation to recruit for highly skilled DA Planner for a 6month contract.
Contract:
6 month contract | Immediate Start
Competitive hourly rate:$60 - $100 p/h + Super depending on experience
Responsibilities:
- Process, assess and report on a wide range of development and other associated applications including reviews and modifications
- Present and report to regional and local planning panels in relation to development applications that are delegated to these bodies for determination
- Respond to verbal and written enquiries for advice concerning development application matters and planning generally, including enquiries from both internal and external stakeholders and the community
Essential:
- Minimum 12 months experience as a DA Planner or similar position.
- Tertiary qualifications in Town/Urban Planning or equivalent.
