As BIM Lead, you’ll take ownership of BIM strategy and delivery for secure, technically rigorous projects - working alongside some of the country’s most respected architects and digital design specialists.
In this role, you will:
- Lead BIM strategy, implementation, and quality assurance across national defence and secure projects.
- Develop and maintain BIM standards and protocols in line with ISO 19650 and Defence requirements.
- Support project teams with model setup, coordination, and secure information management.
- Mentor and train staff in BIM workflows and best practice.
- Collaborate with ICT and security specialists to ensure compliance with DISP and project-specific digital protocols.
- Champion innovation in digital design and model-based collaboration.
- Proven experience as a BIM Lead, Manager, or Coordinator within a large architectural or multi-disciplinary environment.
- Strong background in Defence, government, or high-security projects.
- Advanced proficiency in Revit, Navisworks, and related BIM tools (Dynamo, BIM 360, Enscape, etc.).
- In-depth understanding of BIM execution planning, coordination workflows, and quality control.
- Excellent communication skills and a collaborative, solutions-focused approach.
- Australian citizenship is essential to obtain and maintain the required Defence security clearance.
