are seeking an experienced Design Coordinator
to join a leading luxury residential builder on a contract basis. This role plays a critical part in the pre-construction phase, ensuring projects are fully prepared for site commencement with complete documentation, permits, and approvals. Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate all pre-construction documentation across architectural, interior, structural, and services packages.
- Prepare and lodge permits, approvals, and applications (planning, building, demolition, services, etc.).
- Manage site readiness including demolition, service connections, and compliance documentation.
- Coordinate pool and landscaping approvals, design integration, and compliance.
- Liaise with consultants, suppliers, subcontractors, and authorities to ensure timely project progression.
- Track progress through project management software and maintain accurate reporting.
- Ensure all documentation meets compliance and quality standards.
- Diploma or Degree in Building Design, Architecture, or Construction Management.
- 3-5 years’ experience in design coordination or documentation management, ideally within luxury residential projects.
- Strong understanding of construction documentation, regulatory approvals, and authority processes.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, CAD/Revit, and project management platforms (e.g. Procore, MS Projects).
- Excellent organisation, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- High attention to detail with the ability to deliver to tight deadlines.
