The Role
You will be responsible for preparing residential design documentation, coordinating approvals, and producing 3D visualisations and presentation material. Working closely with internal stakeholders and consultants, you will help ensure projects are delivered accurately, efficiently, and in line with planning and building requirements.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare residential drawings and documentation across concept, approval, and construction stages.
- Produce CGI imagery, 3D visualisations, and presentation material.
- Coordinate documentation with consultants and internal teams.
- Ensure compliance with NSW planning controls, CDC requirements, and relevant building regulations.
- Assist with design coordination and documentation quality control.
- Support continuous improvement of drafting and design processes.
- Previous experience producing residential design and construction documentation.
- Strong understanding of NSW planning controls, Council approvals, and CDC pathways.
- Advanced ArchiCAD skills and experience with 3D visualisation software.
- Qualification in Architecture, Building Design, or a related discipline (beneficial).
- Strong communication skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and work effectively within a team environment.
