The Role
As Design Manager, you'll lead and coordinate the design process from concept through to project delivery, ensuring design outcomes align with client expectations, project objectives and construction requirements.
Working closely with clients, consultants and project teams, you'll drive collaboration, resolve design challenges and ensure projects are delivered efficiently and to the highest standard.
About You
- Experience as a Design Manager or Project Design Manager within construction, property or consultancy.
- A background in architecture, engineering or a related design discipline.
- Proven experience delivering commercial fit-outs + new-builds.
- Strong stakeholder management and consultant coordination skills.
- Experience managing projects through multiple design phases.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
- A collaborative approach and genuine passion for delivering quality projects.
